Hot Kashmiri Curry Masala Kit

Preparation

900g Meat, Fish OR Vegetables
Cut into bite size pieces

Method

1. Add Badu’s Masala Kit into a pan.
2. Heat gently for 30 seconds – DON’T LET IT BURN.
3. Add 350ml to 400ml hot water, stir and cook for 5 mins.
4. Add your chosen product, stir, cover and cook until tender (25 to 30 minutes).
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
