Medium Emperor’s Favourite Almond Pasande Kit
Preparation
1kg Meat OR Fish
Cut into bite size pieces
200g Plain Yoghurt
Method
1. Mix together Badu’s Pasande with yoghurt and chosen product in a large bowl, and leave to marinade for at least 1 hour.
2. Tip mixture into a pan, add 200ml water, stir, cover & cook gently until tender (15 to 20 mins).
3. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan bread or rice.
