Medium Tandoori Masala Marinade
Preparation
1kg Meat, Fish OR Vegetables
100g Plain Yoghurt OR Fresh Orange Juice
Method
1. Mix Badu’s Tandoori Marinade with yoghurt or orange juice and your chosen product. Leave for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
2. Grill, barbeque or oven bake until tender.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander or fried onions and serve with salad.
