Authentic Curry Masala Kit
Available in Mild, Medium and Kashmiri Hot.
Masala Kit with Coconut & Almond (similar to Korma)
Use coconut milk to make fish or king prawn curry typical of Kerala cooking. Available in Mild and Medium.
Almond Pasande Kit (Emperor's Favourite)
Made with figs. For lamb or beef curry. Prepare using plain yoghurt.
Aloo Gobi Masala Kit (cauliflower & potato)
Make this Masala with tomatoes, add to vegetables and serve with rice or as an accompaniment to a meat dish.
